Every year Tyndall has an air show to show off the Air Force's planes. Rachel got to see the inside of some of the planes and even watch them fly. She got to watch the Navy's Blue Angels but wasn't really all that interested. She had to wear a hat all day because it was pretty sunny.
She checked out the cockpit of the KC-135. Tim, It didn't seem that difficult to fly! :) She tried out the jump seat in the C-130. Posing in front of the C-17.
She got to hang out with aunt Becky this weekend. She really seems to enjoy her!
Cassie hadn't seen Travis & Robyn in a while so we met them in Montgomery, Alabama and spent the day with them. It was a long drive but it was worth it for Rachel to get some aunt & uncle time!
Tori & Taylor playing with Rachel. Our surprise guests, Charlie & Callie, made the week very interesting for Michael!
The Girls and Cade came to visit me at school. They got some whistles from my middle schoolers! Cade sat in my chair and played teacher.
Marissa and I took Cade to play at the playground while Rachel was getting quality time with aunt Anna. Cousin Cassie was a huge help all week. She loved playing with the babies. Our guests at the beach!
Last week Rachel's cousin Cade came over to play from Texas. Once he got over being mad about the car ride, he really seemed to enjoy himself here. The 2 of them spent a lot of time playing and watching each other. Sometimes they wrestled. They took turns losing.
They never seemed to smile at the same time.
They were not sure about each other when Cade 1st arrived. Cade showed Rachel a lot of love but Rachel wasn't sure how to react.
Cade loves the camera! He leaned over in this picture because he saw a camera and knew he needed to smile.
Rachel outgrew her infant tub so she had to switch to a sitting up tub. She seems a lot more interested in playing with her water toys now that she can sit up in the tub.
Rachel started eating solids 3 weeks ago. So far she likes rice, oatmeal, peas, pears, carrots, & sweet potatoes. There seems to be nothing she won't eat! She also eats everything you put in front of her. She's very fun to watch eat because she watches the spoon and opens her mouth when it's time for a bite.
